Quantum of Chaos translates the frustration of watching traffic lights turn red just as you approach, often moments after leaving a set that had finally turned green. into a visual narrative, using moving images and an evocative musical score to convey the tension, anxiety, and quiet irritation of navigating Dublin’s streets.
